Bayern Munich welcomes Dier, thanks to Harry Kane’s recommendation

Bayern Munich is reportedly looking to further bolster their defence with Tottenham’s Eric Dier. This comes after the unfulfilled transfer of Dragusin, who moved to Tottenham instead, according to Sky Sport DE reports.

Dier has reportedly already landed in Germany and is set to strengthen a defence lacking the presence of Kim, away on Asian Cup duties, and injured player De Ligt.

Dier will be reuniting with his fellow Tottenham and national team counterpart, Harry Kane, in Bavaria. His influence was reportedly a key factor in convincing Dier to consider the move and will be instrumental in helping him settle into the new squad.
