The Italian Referee Association (AIA) has released the official referee designations for the upcoming 20th matchday of the Serie A championship.
In the clash between Genoa and Torino at 15:00 on Saturday 13th, the match will be officiated by Giua, with assistants Raspollini and Barone. The fourth official will be Feliciani, while La Penna will take charge of VAR duty and Valeri as the assistant VAR.
Meanwhile, Napoli’s encounter with Salernitana on the same day and time will see the control taken up by Marinelli, assisted by Lo Cicero and Vecchi. Marchetti will be the fourth official while Di Bello takes up VAR role with Chiffi as the assistant.
The 18:00 contest between Hellas Verona and Empoli will be overseen by Doveri, with the help of Perotti and Rossi M. Minelli will officiate, with Di Paolo managing VAR and Sozza working as the assistant.
Monza’s tie against Inter at 20:45, Rapuano will preside over the game, joined by assistant referees Peretti and Dei Giudici, with Volpi as the fourth official. VAR decisions will be made by Aureliano and the assistant VAR post will be occupied by Mazzoleni.
Sunday’s match sees Lazio battling Lecce at 12:30, refereed by Ferrieri Caputi. Bindoni and Tegoni will be his assistants, Colombo naming as the fourth official. Chiffi will handle VAR, with Di Paolo ready to assist.
Cagliari will take on Bologna at 15:00, with Manganell blow the whistle, assisted by Del Giovane and Moro. Ayroldi will take fourth official duties, while VAR responsibility will be taken up by Valeri, with Abbattista as the assistant.
The 18:00 match between Fiorentina and Udinese is to be managed by Pairetto and the assistants De Meo and Laudato. Gualtieri will be the fourth official, update on VAR to be handled by Irrati, Aureliano as the assistant.
In one of the most awaited encounters, Milan versus Roma will kick off at 20:45, secured by Guida and his helpers Bercigli and Cecconi. Abisso will be fourth official, VAR in the safe hands of Mazzoleni, La Penna to assist.
In Monday’s 20:45 clash between Atalanta and Frosinone, Prontera, aided by Di Iorio and Ricciardi, will officiate. Di Marco is the fourth official and Irrati will be in charge of VAR, Meraviglia set to assist.
The final match of the round, Juventus versus Sassuolo, scheduled for Tuesday at 20:45, will see Piccinini take control, with Zingarelli and Margani as his assistants. Bonacina will be the fourth official with Di Paolo handling VAR and Meraviglia supporting.
