Fiorentina, Pradè: Victory by a short nose, as is the trend

Fiorentina’s sporting director, Daniele Pradè, has expressed his thoughts on the club’s recent 1-0 win against Verona. Speaking to the club’s official channels, Pradè made a reference to Juventus coach, Massimiliano Allegri, as he discussed the victory.

Pradè suggested that the team’s often struggling performance has taken a turn for the better, stating, “this ‘short snout’ that has become so popular, we have experienced it too. Often we do not manage to win with this ‘short snout’, but today was the contrary.”

The term “short snout”, associated with Allegri, is typically used in reference to a difficult or challenging scenario in football, with Pradè implying that Fiorentina have frequently faced such circumstances. However, this recent victory signifies a promising reversal for the club.
