Antonio Candreva could find himself back in Serie A, with Monza reportedly interested in acquiring the experienced winger.
Sources close to the club have revealed that Monza are considering a move for the former Inter player, who is currently a free agent. “Candreva’s experience could prove invaluable to the Brianzoli’s ambitions,” said an insider familiar with the club’s transfer strategies.
The midfielder is currently at the centre of Monza’s transfer plans as they seek a seasoned player who can add depth to their squad. Candreva seems to perfectly fit the bill, given his availability on a free transfer.
It is believed that the contract on offer could be a one-year deal with an option for a further year, subject to mutual agreement. “After talks with Torino and Genoa fell through, Monza may well become Candreva’s new home for another stint in Serie A,” added another source.
We shall see how this story develops in the coming days.
