Genoa has reportedly sealed a deal with Atalanta for the transfer of centre-back, Giorgio Cittadini.
This news comes from Sky Sports journalist Gianluca Di Marzio. Genoa has been on the lookout for a replacement for Dragusin and it seems they have found their man in Giorgio Cittadini, a 2002 class central defender, who has been on loan at Monza from Atalanta for the first part of this season.
“Cittadini will move to Genoa under the same dry loan deal until the end of the season,” Di Marzio is quoted as saying. The medical examinations and signing are set to take place on Saturday, 27 January.
