D’Aversa: “We must concede as little as possible. Almquist might start from the beginning.”

Roberto D’Aversa, the head coach of Lecce, has addressed the media ahead of their anticipated clash against Lazio. In his remarks, D’Aversa emphasised the importance of communication and teamwork in the forthcoming match.

“It’s crucial how our players perform as a team. Our approach will significantly depend on their coordination and dialogue in tight spaces. We have to minimise their strengths by applying pressure. We must concede as little as possible since we’re facing Lazio at their home ground and they are currently in good form,” the Lecce coach was quoted as saying.

When questioned about whether Almqvist will feature from the start of the match, D’Aversa confirmed, stating, “He has trained in full with the squad throughout the week and is capable of starting.”
