Bologna FC has issued an official report on the fitness conditions of injured players Dan Ndoye and Jesper Karlsson ahead of the next Serie A match against Genoa. The club stated that both footballers are unlikely to recover in time for the showdown.
In the report released on their website, Bologna disclosed: “Two days before the Bologna-Genoa match, the rossoblù have carried out a tactical training with exercises focusing on shooting at goal. Therapies for Dan Ndoye, and a differentiated training for Jesper Karlsson”.
The extent of their injuries has meant that Ndoye has needed specialised treatment, while Karlsson has needed to train differently from the rest of the team. It is unclear at this stage when exactly they will fully recover and be able to rejoin the team on the pitch.
