The CEO of Genoa, Andres Blazquez, has shed light on the ongoing negotiations between Fiorentina and the Rossoblu concerning the transfer of forward Albert Gudmundsson.
Blazquez spoke to Il Secolo XIX, revealing the current status of the talks.
“It’s true that there are discussions underway with Fiorentina regarding Gudmundsson,” Blazquez stated.
He elaborated that while the negotiations are ongoing, no agreement has been reached as of yet.
“There are many details that still need to be worked out before any deal can be finalised,” he added.
Blazquez expressed optimism about the potential transfer but remained cautious about the hurdles that need to be overcome.
“We are in a positive dialogue with Fiorentina,” said the Genoa CEO, “but it’s important to address all aspects carefully to ensure the best outcome for all parties involved.”
