The official website of Frosinone football club has released a report detailing today’s training session of the yellow-blue team.
Morning training was held at the ‘Città dello Sport’ in Ferentino for manager Di Francesco’s Frosinone team in preparation for their match against Monza. The scheduled routine involved an initial activation process, athletic work spanning the gym and field, tactical technical exercises and theme-based matches.
According to the report, therapies were scheduled for players Oyono and Baez. Tomorrow afternoon’s session takes place at Ferentino as part of an ongoing schedule.
