Tommaso Baldanzi, the midfielder for Empoli, has conveyed his feelings and aspirations ahead of their match against Milan during a conversation with Sky Sport.
Baldanzi shared that he’s doing well after recovering from a challenging injury, which had deeply troubled him due to his detachment from his teammates. His main concern was not being able to contribute to the team during this period.
Speaking to Sky Sport, Baldanzi said, “It’s difficult when you can’t help the team. But I’m happy to have overcome it.”
When asked about the upcoming match against Milan, he stressed that no different methods had been tried out of the ordinary. Preparations for the game were usual, with robust training during the week.
Baldanzi voiced his hopes for the match against Milan by stating, “We hope to bring home the result today. It will be a difficult match, [Milan is] a great team but we will give our all.”
