The curtain has just been drawn to an active transfer window for Atalanta football club. The club has officially published a statement detailing all the transition in their first team, Under 23, and youth sector squads.
Let’s go over the entry deals for the first team. The club successfully signed Hien Isak from Hellas Verona on a permanent deal.
The Under 23 squad of Atalanta also made several key acquisitions. Tommaso Bertini returned from Latina and Jacopo Da Riva from Reggiana after their loans ended. Siren Diao Balde joined the team permanently from Hellas Verona, and Kaleb Joel Jimenez Castillo signed from Salernitana offering them a temporary agreement with the option to buy. The deal also includes a sell-on clause. Simone Panada is back in the squad as well, wrapping up his loan at Sampdoria.
In the youth sector, Atalanta has secured two new players. Luca Gobbo joined from Renate and Anthony Kenneth Mensah has been signed from Goldberg FC, both on a permanent basis.
However, some players have also moved away from the club. Marco Bevilacqua joined Palermo on a loan deal with an option to buy. Giorgio Brogni moved to Fiorenzuola, while Giorgio Cittadini joined Genoa, and Giuseppe Di Serio signed with Spezia, all on temporary deals. Ludovico Gelmi switched to Monopoli, Jonathan Italeng moved to Trento, and Alessandro Mallamo joined Südtirol, each on a loan basis. Meanwhile, Südtirol has an obligation to buy out Mallamo’s contract under certain conditions. Christian Mora is now with Renate and Lorenzo Peli moved to Pontedera under temporary arrangements. Alwande Roaldsøy has made a permanent transfer to Molde and Brandon Soppy joined Schalke 04 on a loan basis. Finally, Nadir Zortea left for Frosinone on a temporary deal.
