Napoli FC continues to bolster its squad in hopes of strengthening its chances under the helm of Walter Mazzarri. An integral part of their ongoing transfer season overhaul is their dedicated pursuit of Udinese’s Perez.
In a reported deal, Napoli and Udinese have supposedly reached a mutual understanding. The transfer contract for Perez is speculated to be in the vicinity of £16/17 million, not including performance bonuses. Ostigard’s name has also surfaced as a potential addition to this transfer agreement.
However, complications arise as it seems Ostigard already has an agreement in place with Genoa for a return to Liguria, according to the Italian football journalist and transfer market specialist Gianluca Di Marzio. This situation presents a challenging circumstance considering Ostigard’s current position.
