Torino FC has announced the extension of Antonio Sanabria’s contract until 2026.
In a recent statement from the club, Torino FC expressed its satisfaction in renewing the contract of their star player, “Antonio Sanabria, until June 30, 2026.
The Paraguayan forward, born in 1996, advanced his career in Europe with Barcelona. He made his way to Italy in January 2014 to make his debut in Serie A with Sassuolo, before moving to Roma the following season.
In 2015, Sanabria returned to Spain, where he played for Sporting Gijon and Real Betis. He then made his way back to Italy, this time to Genoa. After another spell with Real Betis, he arrived at Torino in January 2021.
Since his arrival at Torino, Sanabria has made 96 appearances and scored 25 goals. In addition, he represents his national team, Paraguay, with 32 appearances and three goals to his name,” the statement read.
Torino hope that this contract extension for Sanabria will further secure their attacking prowess for the future.
