The fifth edition of the Juventus Academy World Cup is set to take place from 10 to 14 June 2024.
This annual event involves Juventus Academies from around the world. As the date approaches, former striker David Trezeguet has shared his thoughts on the event.
“I played for Juventus for many years and it’s incredible to see the growth of the academies globally,” Trezeguet remarked.
He continued, “The Juventus Academy World Cup is not just a tournament; it’s a celebration of football and a chance for young talents to showcase their skills on an international stage.”
Trezeguet emphasised the significance of such events for young players. “Participating in this event can be a life-changing experience for these kids. It’s an opportunity to learn, compete, and grow, both as athletes and individuals,” he said.
The former striker also highlighted the role of the Juventus Academy in nurturing future stars. “The Juventus Academy is doing an outstanding job in developing young talents by providing them with top-notch training and guidance,” he noted.
