Matteo Moretto has provided an update regarding the transfer market for Verona and the ongoing negotiations involving Reda Belahyane and AC Milan.
On his profile on X, Moretto stated, “Reda Belahyane, Verona’s midfielder, is being monitored by several clubs both in Italy and abroad. Milan is also on the list: this interest has been confirmed.”
He further explained, “The player’s entourage is aware of Milan’s interest. However, at this moment, Milan can only purchase players who have been trained in Italy because, otherwise, they would not be able to register them in either the Serie A list or the Champions League.”
Moretto added, “For instance, if Luka Jović were to leave, a spot would open up for the league.”
