Napoli is reportedly targeting Hamed Junior Traore from Bournemouth as a new addition to their strike force. The Ivory Coast player, aged 23, gained popularity with Sassuolo before moving to the Premier League. Traore might be an alternate choice to Verona’s winger Cyril Ngonge, who Napoli is also reportedly following closely to boost their flanks.

Traore boasts ample versatility having played multiple roles throughout his career. Despite his young age, he has impressively held positions as a left-sided attacking midfielder, an advanced playmaker, a central midfielder and a forward.

Despite Napoli’s keen interest in Traore, other clubs such as Roma, Milan, and Fiorentina have been rumoured to have the player on their radar as well. It remains to be seen where the 23-year-old Ivorian footballer will end up in these intricate transfer discussions.
