Transfer market: Roma finalises deal for Huijsen, operation details revealed

AS Roma has confirmed the signing of defender Huijsen, a key addition to their squad during this winter transfer window. The player, at present, is contracted to Juventus.

Huijsen is scheduled to travel to the capital later today, ready to unite with José Mourinho and his new teammates. Roma’s management is racing against the clock to get the new signing on the bench for this Sunday evening’s clash against Atalanta.

The centre-back will be joining on a loan deal for six months. Barring any unforeseen twists, Huijsen is expected to return to Turin in June.
