Marash Kumbulla, a centre-back who belongs to Roma, has officially been transferred on a dry loan to Sassuolo. This was confirmed by an announcement from the Giallorossi club.
The official statement from AS Roma read: “AS Roma wishes to announce that we have reached an agreement with Sassuolo for the temporary transfer of Marash Kumbulla until June 30, 2024. Picked up in 2020 from Hellas Verona, the defender made his debut in the Giallorossi on September 27 of the same year against Juventus. In three seasons, Kumbulla has worn the Roma shirt 68 times, embellished with 4 goals and, above all, the conquest of the UEFA Europa Conference League. Good luck, Marash!”
