Lecce striker Nicola Sansone has suffered a low-grade injury, according to an official statement by the club.

The Italian side confirmed that Sansone underwent scans at the Quarta Colosso Radiological Clinic in Lecce.

The tests revealed a low-grade injury to Sansone’s right soleus muscle.

The club did not provide any further details regarding the expected recovery time for the forward.
