Salernitana FC has finalised a deal for the arrival of free agent Kostas Manolas, a central defender formerly of Roma and Napoli.
Following the successful acquisition of Boateng, Walter Sabatini, the sporting director of Salernitana has struck another significant zero-cost deal. According to Gianluca Di Marzio from Sky Sport, an agreement has been reached with Kostas Manolas.
The Greek defender, who previously played for Roma and Napoli and was recently a free agent after a stint in Saudi Arabia, is set to arrive in Salerno tomorrow for medical examination and to officially sign on with the Campanian club. Supporters hold high hopes that his arrival will aid in their team’s fight to maintain their position in Serie A.
