Salernitana versus AC Milan: Several dubious incidents, says director

Maurizio Milan, the director of Salernitana, spoke out on Dazn following their match against Juventus.

He expressed satisfaction over his team’s performance, despite the defeat. According to him, the coach Inzaghi reflects the spirit of the club, showing a great deal of anger over a host of questionable refereeing decisions.

Pointing to Maggiore’s red card, and an alleged foul prior to that, Milan stated, “We are disappointed about tonight”, insinuating that they were unjustly penalised. He drew attention to an incident involving Gatti that he believes should have warranted expulsion.

Milan continued, “The audience is also disappointed.” However, he made it clear this was not meant to detract from Juventus’s achievement.

Milan declared that they would seek explanations from the appropriate authorities the following morning. His comments were aired on Dazn.
