Salernitana Decides on Future of Mexican Goalkeeper Ochoa

Goalkeeper Guillermo Ochoa and Salernitana football club have decided the future. According to announcement, at the end of the season, the paths of Salernitana and Memo Ochoa will diverge.

As reported by Fabrizio Romano, the Mexican goalkeeper, a legend of the Central American national team with his five World Cup participations, has decided to wave goodbye in June.

“And come the end of the season, Guillermo Ochoa, a stalwart of the Salernitana side, will leave the club,” says Romano.

The Club too shared this statement, thus confirming the speculated departure of their goalkeeper.

As things stand, the future destination of Ochoa remains a speculation, as the veteran player hasn’t hinted towards any preferred destination yet.
