Ronaldinho: “I Spent Two and a Half Unforgettable Years at Milan”

Former footballer Ronaldinho has spoken directly from the stage of the Sports Festival about his past experience with Milan. “The move to Milan was almost natural”, he commented, noting that Milan are “one of the strongest teams in the world and it’s a dream for all footballers to wear that shirt.” The source quoted Ronaldinho’s reminiscence of “two and a half unforgettable years: the affection of the fans, the joy, the goal at the derby as a special moment.”

Ronaldinho then discussed Milan’s current state, stating, “Milan is returning to being the team in which I played, I am happy to see it at very high levels.” When asked to compare PSG with Milan, the footballer found it difficult to choose. He asserted that “all the teams I’ve played for are part of my heart. However, Milan was a unique experience. I remember every single moment.”

He paid tribute to his former teammates, naming “top players: Ibrahimovic, Pato, Gattuso, Maldini, Nesta, Beckham, Seedorf. What a team!” Ronaldinho also spoke in high regard of former Milan coach, Carlo Ancelotti. He referred to Ancelotti as “a great coach, one of the strongest in history,” before declaring, “personally, it was a pleasure to work with him.”
