According to the latest reports from Relevo, Roma is set to make a substantial bid for Artem Dovbyk, the Ukrainian striker currently playing for Girona.
The Italian club is reportedly preparing an offer exceeding €30 million, including bonuses, to secure the services of the prolific forward.
Sporting director Ghisolfi is said to be leading the efforts to bring Dovbyk to the Italian capital.
However, it has been revealed that Atletico Madrid remains ahead in the race for the 26-year-old’s signature at the moment.
The Giallorossi are determined to bolster their attacking options and see Dovbyk as a key target, despite the stiff competition from one of Spain’s top clubs.
