Renato Sanches Could Still Leave Roma

Renato Sanches may be making an exit from Roma this week. The Portuguese midfielder, currently on loan from PSG, has failed to impress during Mourinho’s reign. Even De Rossi has given a green signal in case he leaves. Turkey’s Besiktas is reportedly showing interest in him.

The Turkish club Besiktas, following their recent acquisition of Joe Worrall from Nottingham Forest, is poised for its second major player acquisition. Turkish transfer market window closes on 9th February, so they have until Friday to urge the Portuguese star to agree on the transfer. It’s worth noting that Sanches has been sidelined due to physical issues and hasn’t participated in any games in 2024 thus far.

Yet, the rumour mill continues to churn, spurring anticipation among the supporters and followers of both Roma and Besiktas.
