Inter are reportedly preparing a move to sign Adrien Rabiot on a free transfer, aiming to outmanoeuvre Juventus in the upcoming transfer window.
According to *Sportmediaset*, Inter’s CEO Giuseppe Marotta is closely monitoring Rabiot’s situation, especially with the midfielder’s contract set to expire in a month.
“Inter are ready to pounce if Rabiot doesn’t renew his contract in the coming weeks,” a source revealed to *Sportmediaset*.
Juventus, on the other hand, are expected to make a concerted effort to retain the French international.
Despite the looming interest from Inter, the Bianconeri are believed to be keen on extending Rabiot’s stay in Turin.
“Juve are hopeful that an agreement can be reached to keep Rabiot at the club,” an insider said, speaking to *Sportmediaset*.
The situation remains fluid as both clubs await further developments in the contract negotiations.
With less than a month remaining on his current deal, Rabiot’s future has become one of the hot topics of this summer’s transfer market.
