Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) have sealed the deal for young Brazilian talent, Gabriel Moscardo, a midfielder from Corinthians. This news follows recent reports of Real Madrid acquiring Endrick, and it seems the French team were keen to quickly compete with other top clubs. The deal reportedly closed at around €25 million, according to Fabrizo Romano.
The President of the Brazilian club confirmed the deal. He expressed his sentiments about the young player who has just recently entered professional football. “He’s a lad that has recently entered the world of big football. I would have liked for him to stay with us for longer but I’ve always said that players that grow in the youth sector constitute a source of income”, he explained.
Unfortunately, this chapter has come to an end as the player seems to have already set his sights elsewhere. “We have given him every freedom to choose,” said the president, acknowledging the realities of the football industry.
This major shift indicates the rising global recognition of young talent from Brazil and highlights the intense competition among top European clubs to secure promising players early in their careers.
