Kevin Haveri, who is owned by Torino, has officially been loaned to Catania. This is according to a statement released by the Sicilian club.
The statement from Catania Football Club reads, “We are pleased to announce that we have temporarily acquired Kevin Haveri from Torino FC, with an option to redeem and a counter-option. Born in Shkodër, Albania on 18 September 2001, Haveri has this season made seven appearances for Ascoli in the Serie B and Coppa Italia competitions.”
Arriving in Italy in 2019, the year he debuted for the Albania U19s, Haveri has achieved two promotions from Serie D to Serie C – the first with Mantova in 2020 and, after a stint at Campodarsego, the second with Rimini in 2022. With the latter club, he went on to play in 25 third-tier games.
The newly minted Catania player, the statement notes, “has already completed his first training session under the guidance of manager Lucarelli.”
