Napoli’s Zielinski set to leave in June, agrees deal with another team

Piotr Zielinski, Napoli’s midfielder, is reportedly on his way out of the club, having allegedly reached an agreement with Inter for a move in June.

The Polish international might leave for free next season, marking a significant loss for Napoli. The club’s owner, Aurelio De Laurentiis, had previously hinted at Zielinski’s possible departure on a free transfer.

According to Rai Sport, an understanding regarding Zielinski’s contract with the Nerazzurri has already been arrived at. The deal suggests that the central midfielder has agreed to a three-year contract worth 4 million Euros per season.

The potential acquisition of Zielinski appears in line with Inter’s aspiration to strengthen their midfield strength, positioning the Polish international as a key target. The finalised move, however, is expected to take place in June.
