Branislav Jarusek, the agent of Napoli midfielder Stanislav Lobotka, has revealed a behind-the-scenes transfer story involving his client.
According to Jarusek, Lobotka was in advanced negotiations with Barcelona, signalling a potential move to the Catalan giants.
Speaking to RTV, Jarusek stated, “Remaining at Napoli is the most likely option for Lobotka at the moment.”
He elaborated further, implying that although there had been serious discussions and an agreement in principle with Barcelona, the deal is currently frozen.
“Our primary focus is ensuring Stanislav has the best possible conditions to thrive,” Jarusek added.
