Napoli are accelerating their pursuit of Leonardo Spinazzola as they look to strengthen their squad ahead of the new season.
Spinazzola, now a free agent after parting ways with Roma, is a key target for Napoli manager Antonio Conte.
Negotiations are progressing, with just a few details left to finalise, mainly concerning Spinazzola’s salary and contract terms.
Luca Cilli from Sky Sport provided an update on the situation.
“The last details of the salary need to be sorted,” Cilli said on Sky Sport. “There is a strong will from both sides to reach an agreement.”
Conte is reportedly very keen on adding the versatile left-back to his ranks and believes Spinazzola could be a valuable asset for Napoli’s campaign.
