Napoli have made their first offer to Manchester United for Alejandro Garnacho.
However, for the Red Devils, the bid is deemed insufficient.
As reported by Alfredo Pedullà, Napoli’s sporting director, Cristiano Giuntoli, has tabled an offer of €45 million for the young talent.
“Manchester United values Garnacho much higher,” an insider close to the negotiations was quoted as saying in Pedullà’s report.
This disparity in valuation is proving to be a sticking point in the discussions.
Manchester United are reportedly expecting a higher bid that matches their valuation of the player.
The gap between the clubs remains significant, prompting speculation on whether Napoli will return with an improved offer.
Both clubs are keen to reach an agreement, but it remains uncertain if a middle ground can be found in the coming days.
