Napoli reportedly face a contract renewal standstill with Kvaratskhelia, hindered by a release clause issue.

The latest updates on the contract renewal of Kvicha Kvaratskhelia, the Georgian forward born in 2001, with Napoli have emerged.

According to today’s edition of Corriere dello Sport, there seems to be a stalemate regarding Kvaratskhelia’s new deal with the Italian side.

The Partenopei have reportedly put forward an offer of around six million euros per season for the promising young player.

Despite this substantial offer, negotiations remain at a standstill, as both parties have yet to reach an agreement.

A club insider informed the newspaper, saying, “We are committed to securing Kvicha’s future at Napoli, as he is a vital part of our plans moving forward.”

Fans are hopeful that a deal might soon be reached, allowing Kvaratskhelia to continue showcasing his talent at the Stadio Diego Armando Maradona.
