José Mourinho, the Roma coach, spoke out about his future with the Italian club during an interview on the ‘The Obi One Podcast’. The Portuguese’s contract is due to expire soon.
Mourinho commented, “I find myself here in Rome and I am having a good time, it’s a different type of club with different ambitions, but I very much enjoy being here.” The Portuguese coach is aware that his contract is coming to an end and emphasized that the decision is in the hands of the club. For now, he is focusing on enjoying the present moment as much as possible.
In his interview he also mentioned, “It’s a very beautiful club with so many good people. They may not be the best players in the world but they are good. The fans are fantastic, the city is amazing, I am very happy.” It’s clear from Mourinho’s words that he has developed a love for the city and a respect for the club and its fans.
