The latest on the future of Lazar Samardzic, Udinese’s midfielder, who is in AC Milan’s sights.
According to today’s edition of Corriere della Sera, negotiations between Milan and Udinese for Lazar Samardzic are currently at a standstill.
The Friulian club is reportedly not convinced by the makeweights proposed to lower the fee, namely Adli and Pobega.
“Udinese is looking for an offer that meets their valuation of Samardzic,” a source close to the club revealed to Corriere della Sera.
There is speculation that Udinese is keen to secure a more substantial financial package or different players in exchange.
A Milan insider commented, “We are continuing to explore all possible avenues to bring Samardzic to San Siro,” highlighting the club’s determination.
It remains to be seen whether a compromise will be reached soon, but the uncertainty surrounding Samardzic’s future continues to be a talking point in the transfer market.
