Manchester City crowned World Champions with 4-0 victory over Fluminense in final

Manchester City has won their first FIFA World Club Championship, overpowering Brazilian side Fluminense in the final with a resounding 4-0 victory.

Two goals from Julian Alvarez, at the start of the match and in the 88th minute, set the tone for the English club’s triumph. Further misery was heaped on Fluminense with an own goal from Nino in the 27th minute and a fourth goal from Manchester City’s Phil Foden in the 72nd minute sealed the win.

This victory marks an important milestone for Manchester City, etching their name in the annals of football history as 2023 FIFA World Club Champions.
