Manchester City appears to have reached an agreement with River Plate for the transfer of young talent, Claudio Echeverri.
Echeverri, born in 2006, is on the brink of becoming a Manchester City player. This midfield prodigy sprang to prominence at the Under 17 World Cup, notably scoring a hat-trick against Brazil.
His performance this season with River Plate, where he made his debut and played a key role in the team’s victory in the ‘Trophy of Champions’, has earned him widespread recognition.
According to The Guardian, a deal has been struck between the Argentine outfit and the Citizens, believed to be in the region of 25 million euros.
