Makoumbou returns for Cagliari against Napoli as immediate starter

Antoine Makoumbou, having served his suspension during the match against Sassuolo, is set to return to the field against Napoli tomorrow, at 18:00, at the Diego Armando Maradona Stadium. The Congolese midfielder has been one of the pivotal players in Ranieri’s team, being the sole player to have consistently started from the beginning of every seasonal match for Cagliari.

Makoumbou has appeared in 14 Serie A matches, clocking a total of 1191 minutes of playtime. He is now prepared to regain his position on the field amongst the ranks of Sardinia, presumably still alongside Prati.
