Joshua Zirkzee, the in-form striker, whose performances have been catching the eye of some of the biggest clubs, is the talk of the town.
Bologna evidently wishes to keep the player, but the scenario is likely to change this summer. That’s because, should there be a rupture with Vlahovic, it appears Juventus already has its sights set on the attacking centre forward, formerly of Bayern Munich.
As reported by Italian newspaper Tuttosport, the German club holds a 40% stake in Zirkzee’s future resale. The player has a €40 million clause with Bologna, and Juventus’ Giuntoli seems keen to enter into the bidding war for the young star.
The statistics support the interest surrounding Zirkzee: in his last 16 appearances across both league and Italian Cup matches, he has scored 8 goals.
