Torino FC could potentially lose their defender, Koffi Djidji, on a free transfer, as interest from a UAE club comes to the fore.
According to Italian sports news website, Tuttosport, Djidji, whose current contract with Torino is due to expire after extending it for just another season at the end of June, is now in the sights of Al-Wasl, one of the UAE’s most prominent teams.
Although Al-Wasl might not be the most renowned name in football, it could offer the French footballer the opportunity to earn significantly more than his present wages.
“The Torino club would not like to lose him and is working on renewing his contract.” Tuttosport further states that, “It will be up to Djidji to decide.”
