Inter Milan’s CEO, Alessandro Antonello was optimistic about his team’s future after an exciting season at the side event of Lombardia CONI Awards.
Reflecting on Inter’s performance last season, Antonello hailed it as a “very positive year”. He expressed his satisfaction with the team’s achievements that culminated in clinching two trophies and making it to a historic final. “It’s been an exhilarating year”, Antonello said at the event.
Shedding light on the club’s future plans, Antonello emphasised the continuous need for competitiveness and sustainability in Inter’s strategies. “Winning and staying competitive has always been a part of our strategies over the years. We always prioritise winning on the pitch, and we are trying to do that to please our fans”, Antonello was quoted as saying.
On the topic of the Scudetto, one of Italy’s most prestigious football awards, Antonello was sanguine. He commended Inter’s high level of gameplay which he felt was commensurate with their standing in the league table. “Inter is displaying a level of gameplay that matches their position in the championship. It is going to be a great challenge and may the best win”, the club’s CEO was recorded as saying.
