Chelsea’s young defender Ian Maatsen could be on his way out of the club, with a number of teams reportedly interested, including Napoli and Roma.
Maatsen has struggled to secure a regular place at Chelsea. The 2002-born Dutch fullback does not appear to be part of head coach Mauricio Pochettino’s plans and his departure could be on the cards as soon as January.
As reported by football website 90min.com, the player has attracted attention from a range of clubs. English Premier League sides Manchester City and West Ham, Bundesliga giants Borussia Dortmund and Serie A outfits Napoli and Roma are said to be closely watching the player’s situation.
