Giuntoli Assures Faith in Current Squad Explaining Juve’s Stance on Transfer Market

Juventus’ Sporting Director, Cristiano Giuntoli, has shared his thoughts before the kick-off of the match against Sassuolo, speaking to DAZN.

Reflecting on Juventus’ performance so far this season, Giuntoli stated, “We’ve had a fantastic first half of the season, earning points that were unimaginable at the start.” He further extended his compliments to the manager, staff and players, adding, “We need to continue this way; it’s going to be tough but we will endeavour.”

Questions about the transfer of Tiago Djalo were also addressed by Giuntoli. He commented, “We are focusing on the details and hope to finalise his move in the coming days. Once he is a Juventus player, I will discuss him further.”

Giuntoli was also questioned about the club’s stance on the transfer market. He responded by emphasising their faith in the current team. “At this moment, we will remain as we are, we’ve decided to wrap up the transfer market. We trust in these boys who have charted an extraordinary journey.”
