Zlatan Ibrahimovic has had a pivotal day in his new role as an executive at Italian football club AC Milan, as reported by Sky Sport.
The former Swedish centre-forward visited AC Milan’s training grounds, Milanello, for the first time since his appointment. Though he greeted every player, he reportedly didn’t address the team in a formal speech.
Ibrahimovic then observed Milan’s training session from the sidelines, integrating himself into his role at the club.
According to the report, the ex-footballer will be in Salerno on Friday night and will then join the ‘Rossoneri’, as AC Milan is popularly known, for their first match at San Siro against the football team Sassuolo on December 30th.
