Fiorentina centre-back, Nikola Milenkovic, has publicly expressed his sentiments about life at the Italian football club.
Interacting with Lega Serie A’s social channels, Milenkovic reminisced about his lifelong love for football that started at a young age.
He said, “I started playing football when I was a child and never stopped, the most beautiful memories of my childhood are linked to football. Like many other boys, I started playing with my friends, on the streets and at school.”
Adding that being a child playing football could arguably be the best part of his life, Milenkovic pointed out that responsibilities were minimal. All one had to do was enjoy the game.
He went on to express his admiration for the club’s training centre, Viola Park, stating it is one of the most beautiful sports centres in Europe.
Milenkovic was quoted as saying “Viola Park makes our match preparations simpler and we are grateful to President Commisso for this.”
