Christian Eriksen could leave Manchester United, with Anderlecht in the race for his signature.
The Danish playmaker has expressed his desire to leave Manchester United in search of more playing time, and Anderlecht has emerged as a potential destination.
According to OneFootball, the Belgian side is very interested in acquiring Eriksen.
“We are indeed looking at Eriksen,” Anderlecht’s manager Brian Riemer confirmed.
Riemer further explained, “He wants more minutes on the pitch, and we believe Anderlecht could be the right place for him to shine again.”
The move is seen as a mutually beneficial one, with Anderlecht gaining a seasoned playmaker and Eriksen getting the much-needed game time.
Manchester United have yet to comment officially on Eriksen’s potential departure.
