After their defeat by Verona in the latest round of Serie A, Cagliari, under the management of Claudio Ranieri, have released a report detailing their Christmas Eve training session.
The report outlines two groups at work during the training: those who had accrued the most minutes in yesterday’s match undertook recovery exercises, while the rest focused on technical drills, ball possession exercises, and a game played on a reduced pitch. Training is set to resume on the morning of December 26th.
“We’re straight back to focusing on our upcoming championship match,” the report, published on the official Cagliari website, read. “Players have today been put through their paces in a morning training session ahead of Christmas.”
The club remains resolute, signalling a clear intent to rectify their previous loss and work towards improving their standing in Serie A.
