Official: Bayern Finalises the Transfer Agreement for Hiroki Ito
Bayern Munich have officially completed the transfer of Hiroki Ito.
The German giants have secured the services of the defender for a fee of €30 million.
“This is a significant signing for us,” said a Bayern Munich spokesperson, as quoted in the club’s official statement.
The 23-year-old Japanese international has signed a contract with the club that will keep him at Bayern until the summer of 2028.
“We believe Hiroki will bring valuable defensive strength to our squad,” added the spokesperson.
The deal also includes a release clause, which has not been disclosed by either party during the announcement.
Hiroki Ito expressed his excitement about joining the Bundesliga champions.
“I am thrilled to be part of such a prestigious club,” Ito said, according to Bayern Munich’s official website.
Ito’s signing marks another strategic move by Bayern as they look to solidify their defensive lineup for upcoming seasons.
