Mario Balotelli, despite his expressed intention to stay in Italy’s Serie A, as reiterated to DAZN, could be heading abroad once again.
After stints in England, France, Turkey, Switzerland, and a return to Turkey, the next destination for the Italian striker might be Bulgaria.
According to the portal Topsport.bg, the player, who is currently a free agent, is in talks with CSKA Sofia.
“If the two parties reach an agreement and Mario Balotelli joins CSKA, it would be the transfer of the year for Bulgarian football,” reads the report on the site Topsport.bg.
The news comes as Balotelli remains without a club, and speculation about his future continues to grow.
