Ezio Capuano, the manager of Trapani, has addressed rumours regarding the Sicilian club’s interest in signing Mario Balotelli.
In a press conference following the match between Juve Next Gen and Trapani, Capuano spoke about the potential transfer target.
“I don’t like to discuss the transfer market,” Capuano stated.
According to Capuano, the notion of bringing Balotelli to Trapani is being pursued by the club president.
Capuano refrained from providing further details on the ongoing discussions, emphasising his preference to stay out of transfer speculation.
The manager’s comments suggest that while there is interest, the final decision lies with the higher management of the club.
